We started out making high quality Irish beef biltong, and while that remains part of our story, our main focus today is on curating natural, flavour driven products that anyone can enjoy. This led to the development of our Simply Seasoned range and various individual spices, which has quickly become the centre of what we do.

Simply Seasoned was created with one goal in mind: to make cooking easier, tastier, and more enjoyable without relying on any artificial additives, "flavourings" or unnecessary ingredients. Each blend is made from natural herbs, spices, vegetables, and salts from trusted suppliers. Every mix is designed to bring out the best in everyday meals, whether it is chips, chicken, vegetables, steak, fish, or a classic pasta dish.
