Ingredients

  • 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 1.2 kg / 2 lb 10 oz)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
  • 2 tsp Simply Seasoned Signature Chicken Blend (8–10 g), to taste

Method (Oven)

  • Preheat oven to 210°C (410°F).
  • Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil and Signature Chicken Blend.
  • Arrange on a rack over a baking tray, skin side up.
  • Roast 20 minutes, then 15-20 minutes more until golden and crisp (≥75°C / 167°F internal).
  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Method (Air Fryer)

  • Season as above.
  • Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 12 minutes, flip, then 10-14 minutes more until cooked through.
